With decades of experiences that span HR and business, I offer facilitation, leadership development and people strategic solutions. I am eager to support management teams at any level with being successful.  Leaders are key drivers and motivators. In order to succeed  leaders  must create trust, be authentic, and face the reality that strategy and people change constantly and challenge your leadership. I am eager with passion and experiences to merge strategy, leadership  and people to the benefit of the business.



I have been working within LEO Pharma as an HR-Business partner for R&D and as an HR Development manager. My greatest impact has been to design and develop leadership programmes for top global  leaders in partnership with IMD (leading businessschool in Switzerland), and to design and develop a global middle management programme – for 500 leaders – in partnership with KornFerry International.

The IMD programme focussed on building the strategy and leadership. The KornFerry programme focussed on implementing the strategy with people tools.

As an HR-Business partner,  my greatets impact has been to enable the organisation to be proactive with the business strategy. I delivered the leadership programme, designed a career framework, recruited at all levels, designed training solutions e.g. for project managers, and conducted  engagement surveys.

Prior to LEO Pharma, I was Head of Educational Technician Department, Confederation of Danish Industries. I was responsible for creating education solutions for technicians. The job included negotiation and partnering between the two sides of the industries and authorities.

Earlier in my career, I was Regional Manager, National Business Education Center, Aalborg. I provided pedagogy and psychology to teachers within vocational schools.
